Il faut trouver un moyen de parvenir vite à la base 511. En effet le gouvernement a lancé le Projet Lazarus. Amber est très inquiète à ce sujet. Elle conseille de quitter la ville au plus vite.
En fouillant le Hummer, Roger Bonaventure trouve une carte militaire indiquant une Zone d'Evacuation militaire en banlieue de San Diego. Un hélicoptère devrait être présent sur ce site. c'est le moyen idéal de rejoindre la base 511.
Toutes les réserves sont entassées dans les trois véhicules (Hummer, Sedan, SUV) et la bande de l'Haïtien quitte son QG pour l'inconnu...
We must find a way to quickly reach the base 511. Indeed, the government launched Project Lazarus. Amber is very worried about this. She advises to leave the city ASAP.
In searching the Hummer, Roger Bonaventure finds a military map showing a military evacuation zone (Safe Zone) in the suburbs of San Diego. An helicopter should be on this site. It's the perfect way to reach the base 511.
All the stuffs are crammed in the three vehicles (Hummer, Sedan, SUV) and the Haitian's band leaves...
Peu après leur départ le groupe est attiré par des coups de feu. Ils surprennent une bande de pillards (12 gangsters REP 3-4 avec AK47, BAP, etc.) ayant attiré dans un piège un petit groupe de survivants, de vieilles connaissances : Josh & Tracy Randall, the Costa Brothers & the Children... Les aider permettrait de renforcer la bande.
Shortly after leaving the group is attracted by gunshots. They surprised a gang of robbers (12 REP 3-4 gangers with AK47, BAP, etc.) fighting a small group of survivors lured into a trap, their SUV burning. These are old acquaintances: Josh & Tracy Randall, The Costa Brothers & the Children ... Helping them should strengthen the gang.

THE JUNKYARD
Le gang de l'Haïtien se sépare en deux groupes. Dès leur entrée ils ont l'initiative et mettent rapidement hors de combat la moitié de leurs adversaires pris par surprise. Les coups de feu n'attirent pas les Zeds car des Ragers sont en maraude (I, Zombie p. 37). Les jets d'activation totalisant 7 un petit groupe de Ragers apparaît près du groupe de Smokey, Amber et Apone (I, Zombie p. 37). Deux sont tués et le dernier est knocked back.
Les pillards tentent de se réorganiser et répliquent. Gurney se fait tirer dessus rate son Received Fire Test et s'enfuit. Une femme tente de surprendre Fred Costa qui la tue à bout portant d'une décharge de shotgun.
The Haitian's gang splits into two groups. They have immediately the initiative and promptly incapacitate half of their opponents, taken by surprise. The shots don't attract Zeds because Ragers are marauding (I, Zombie p. 37). A small group of Rager appears near the group of Smokey Amber and Apone (I, Zombie p. 37). Two were killed and one is knocked back.
The looters are trying to reorganize themselves and shoot back. Gurney gets shot, misses its Received Fire test and flees. A woman tries to surprise Fred Costa who kills her at close range with his shotgun.
Les pillards se font éliminer les uns après les autres mais dans l'échange de coup de feu Angie et Josh Randall sont tués nets. Tracy Randall craque (Man Down Test raté).
Looters are being killed one after the other but in the firefight Angie and Josh Randall are shot dead! Tracy Randall hunkers down (Man Down Test failure).

Dans la confusion du combat Apone tourne le dos à un Rager à terre. Contrairement aux Zeds, les Ragers bougent de 6' le tour où ils se relèvent (I, Zombie p. 37). Apone se fait charger dans le dos mais il réussit à mettre le Rager OOF.
In the confusion of combat Apone turns his back on a Rager on the ground. Unlike the Zeds, Rager move 6' when they get up (I, Zombie p. 37). Apone is charged on the back but manages to put the Rager OOF.
AFTER THE GAME
Personne ne voit sa REP progresser. On teste pour savoir si Apone est infecté et c'est le cas !!! Troisième personnage perdu par Antoine..
Nobody increases his REP. We test whether Apone is infected and it does! Third character lost by Antoine ..
Roger fait un discours pour motiver les troupes (KEEPING IT TOGETHER, ATZ p. 60). Amber s'oppose à lui, dégaine son arme et l'abat ! Elle en a assez de son leadership d'amateur... Elle rassemble les troupes (KEEPING IT TOGETHER, ATZ p. 60) et tous la suive sauf Smokey (REP 6) qui quitte le groupe pour s'occuper de Roger (CHEATING DEATH, ATZ p.5).
Smokey et Roger se retrouvent seuls, direction la Safe Zone...
Roger makes a speech to motivate the troops (KEEPING IT TOGETHER, ATZ p. 60). Amber confronts him because of his unprofessional leadership, pulls out her weapon and kills him! She gathers the troops (KEEPING IT TOGETHER, ATZ p. 60) and all follow her except Smokey (REP 6) who left the band to care for Roger (Cheating Death, ATZ p.5).
Smokey and Roger head for the Safe Zone.
